A Fresh Start: D & R Greenway DIAD!

A beautiful autumn morning brought a group of us to D&R Greenway to design and plant a bed of native plants. D&R prepared a bed near the parking lot and provided us with seedlings grown in their greenhouse. We all put our heads together, and transformed a drab patch of grass, previously home to a lonely ironwood tree, to a beautiful bed of plants native to New Jersey. We will all enjoy watching the plants grow and develop as we come and go from our monthly meetings at D&R. Thank you everyone!
